Consistency is key, and that’s where our quick 10-minute accountability calls come in. We check in to make sure you’re following through, help you navigate challenges, and keep you moving forward. You can choose up to three calls per week or just one per month—whatever keeps you motivated!
Step #3: Monthly or Bi-Monthly Strategy Calls – Fine-Tune Your Plan
Once a month (or every other week), we’ll review your progress, double down on what’s working, and tweak anything that’s not. This is your chance to level up, adjust your strategy, and add in more healthy habits when you’re ready.
Step #4: Accountability Messages – Daily Motivation in Your Pocket
Expect regular check-ins via message to keep you motivated and on track. Need a daily nudge? We can do that, too—just to make sure you’re hitting your daily goals.
Step #5: Kickoff Calls – No More Stalling
Struggling to start a habit like meal prepping or working out? Our kickoff calls give you the extra push you need. We’ll call you, stay on the line, and make sure you take action—no excuses, just results.
